2. Scope of Processing
We process personal data that you provide to us through the contact form or email. This primarily includes your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Additionally, with your consent, we collect data through Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity services. This primarily includes: IP address (anonymized), browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, language settings, visit source, pages viewed, time spent on page, content interactions, mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behavior, session recordings (with automatic masking of input fields and sensitive data) and ad click data (GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID identifiers).
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data for the purpose of communicating with you, preparing offers, delivering ordered services and fulfilling legal obligations.
Additionally, with your consent, we process data for the purpose of:
- Traffic analysis — measuring and evaluating website traffic through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to improve our services
- Conversion measurement — tracking the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through Google Ads
- User behavior analysis — understanding how visitors interact with our website through heatmaps, session recordings and click analysis (Microsoft Clarity) to optimize user experience
- Remarketing and personalized advertising — displaying relevant ads based on your previous interaction with our website
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to your inquiries and communication through the contact form
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — delivery of ordered services
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — particularly tax and accounting obligations
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — processing data through analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads). You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our website
5. Recipients and Data Processors
Your personal data may be shared with the following third parties (processors) who process it under a data processing agreement:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting infrastructure provider (USA). Certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, compliant with SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
- Plus Five Five, Inc. (operator of Resend) — email delivery service provider (USA). Processes personal data from the contact form for the purpose of delivering email messages. Certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension), GDPR compliant, and uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for data transfers from the EU to the USA.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — provider of Google Analytics and Google Ads services. With your consent, consented data may be shared with the following Google services: advertising services (Google Ads, Display & Video 360), Google Maps, Google Play, Google Search, Google Shopping and YouTube. Data may be used for ad measurement, attribution and optimization across these services. Processing is carried out under Google's data processing terms and Google's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) — provider of Microsoft Clarity, a user behavior analytics service (heatmaps, session recordings, click analysis). Microsoft acts as a data controller in relation to Clarity data. By default, Clarity suppresses all page content and automatically masks input fields in session recordings. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure. EU customers contract with Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, which has Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with Microsoft Corporation (USA) for any data transfers. Microsoft Clarity is GDPR and CCPA compliant. Microsoft does not sell Clarity data. The Clarity source code is open source (github.com/microsoft/clarity). 6. Data Transfers Outside the EU/EEA
In the course of providing our services, your personal data may be transferred to the United States of America through the above-mentioned processors (Vercel, Resend, Google and Microsoft). The transfer is ensured through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, and in the case of Vercel, Resend and Google, also through certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
7. Processing Duration
We process personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law provides otherwise.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Analytics and advertising cookies are activated only based on your explicit consent (opt-in) in accordance with Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without your consent, no non-technical cookies are stored.
Google Consent Mode v2
This website implements Google Consent Mode v2, which controls Google services and Microsoft Clarity behavior based on your consent through the following parameters:
- ad_storage — storing cookies for advertising purposes
- analytics_storage — storing cookies for analytics purposes
- ad_user_data — sending user data to Google for advertising purposes
- ad_personalization — using data for remarketing and ad personalization
All these parameters are denied by default and are only activated after you grant your consent. Microsoft Clarity automatically reads and respects these consent signals.

Advertising Cookies (Google Ads)

Google Ads enhanced conversions
Only after you consent to advertising may the website pass the name, email address and telephone number you enter in the contact form to the Google tag. These details are normalized and one-way hashed in the browser, then sent to Google to be matched with signed-in Google accounts for conversion measurement and attribution. Unhashed contact details are not sent to Google for this advertising purpose.

Analytics Cookies (Microsoft Clarity)
Microsoft Clarity and its network requests are not loaded without your analytics consent. After consent, it is used for user behavior analysis, heatmaps and session recordings to improve website usability.

Data Collected by Microsoft Clarity
With your consent, Microsoft Clarity collects the following categories of data: interaction events (clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, window resizes), page events (document sizes, page visibility, performance metrics), diagnostic events (script errors, performance data) and playback data for session recordings (DOM structure with masked content — input fields are always masked). Clarity data is retained for up to 13 months (click data and heatmaps) and 30 days (session recordings). Microsoft does not sell this data.
URL Parameters
In addition to cookies, Google Ads uses the following URL parameters for measurement and attribution:
- gclid — Google ad click identifier for conversion measurement
- gbraid — click attribution on Google platforms (YouTube, Gmail, Discover)
- wbraid — cross-platform conversion measurement (web → app)
Data Sharing with Google Services
With your consent, consented data may be shared with the following Google services for improved measurement and optimization: Google Ads (advertising services), Google Maps, Google Play, Google Search, Google Shopping and YouTube. More information about how Google processes data can be found in Google's privacy policy.
With your consent, Microsoft Clarity may share data with Microsoft Advertising for the purpose of retargeting, conversion tracking and campaign effectiveness measurement. This sharing is controlled by the ad_storage consent signal and is disabled when consent is denied.
